Paul Norris

Paul Norris is the Managing Member of Consortium Structured Investments. Prior to his involvement with Consortium, Mr. Norris was with Wachovia (and acquired institutions) for 31 years. Formerly with Dominion Bank, Mr. Norris served as manager of the Dominion Trust Company Real Estate and Special Assets Group and as President of the Dominion Bank Community Development Corporation.

Blake Schell

Blake Schell joined Consortium Structured Investments in the spring of 2007. Mr. Schell’s experience include engagements focused on structuring and executing transactions involving Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal New Markets Tax Credits, and Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits, as well as transactions utilizing a variety of state tax credits.

Jacob Norris

Jacob Norris became part of the Consortium team in August of 2007. He focuses on the marketing efforts for CSI. He initially began work as an entrepreneur in real estate throughout the Wilmington area. In 2006, he transitioned into Private Equity/Commercial Development for a well known development company in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. He was born and raised in Roanoke Virginia, moving to Charlotte in 1995.

Jenny Parker

Jenny Parker joined Consortium Structured Investments in 2010. Her responsibilities include asset and office management, project coordination and helping to develop marketing efforts on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining Consortium, she worked with Wachovia Securities and Wells Fargo Advisors in Charlotte, NC. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Marketing.
