CSI secured $4.1 million in Federal Historic Tax Credits and approximately $5 million in Federal New Market Tax Credits for a Fortune 500 Corporate Investor. The 8 story Connell Building, built in 1903, has nearly 168,000 square feet and is located in Scranton, PA.

For this project, Consortium secured approximately $4.2 million in Federal Historic Tax Credits and NMTC and nearly $4.2 million in Delaware State Tax Credits. The project is the rehabilitation of the 50,000 square foot Queen Theater in downtown Wilmington, Delaware.

For the project, CSI placed approximately $16 million Federal HTC with a Fortune 500 corporate investor. Located in The Presidio in San Francisco, California, the project will convert a former marine hospital, The Presidio Public Health Service Hospital into 154 luxury apartments.
