CSI played an intrical part in placing $25 million in North Carolina State Mill Rehabilitation Tax Credits with a Fortune 500 corporate investor. The project, Building 91, located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina is the historic conversion of 2 former RJ Reynolds Tobacco warehouses into a mixed-use facility.
For the project, CSI placed $1.5 million in North Carolina Mill Rehabilitation Tax Credits with a Fortune 500 Corporate Investor.
Consortium structured over $ 1.8 million in Federal Historic Tax Credits and over $2.25 million in Virginia state historic tax credits for redevelopment of the former Edgeworth Tobacco Warehouse located in Richmond VA.
CSI placed Approximately $700,000 in Federal Historic Tax Credits and nearly $875,000 in Virginia Historic Rehabilitaion Credits with a Fortune 500 Corporate Investor. The Lawson Building, located in Roanoke, VA is a redeveloped 25,000 square foot midsize merchandise warehouse.
For this project, Consortium Structured Investments placed $7.2 million of Federal historic tax credits with a Fortune 500 Investor.
CSI secured $4.1 million in Federal Historic Tax Credits and approximately $5 million in Federal New Market Tax Credits for a Fortune 500 Corporate Investor. The 8 story Connell Building, built in 1903, has nearly 168,000 square feet and is located in Scranton, PA.
For this project, Consortium secured approximately $4.2 million in Federal Historic Tax Credits and NMTC and nearly $4.2 million in Delaware State Tax Credits. The project is the rehabilitation of the 50,000 square foot Queen Theater in downtown Wilmington, Delaware.
For the project, CSI placed approximately $16 million Federal HTC with a Fortune 500 corporate investor. Located in The Presidio in San Francisco, California, the project will convert a former marine hospital, The Presidio Public Health Service Hospital into 154 luxury apartments.
